Cyclone separators:

• It slices the steam water mixture into thin streams
• This allows the steam bubbles to travel only small distances through the mixture for becoming disengaged
• Then these bubbles spin the mixture in a circular path. This creates a centrifugal force, which is many times greater than the force of gravity

Steam dryers:

• It removes small water droplets from the steam by providing a chain of changes in direction along with a large surface area for intercepting the droplets

We offer industrial water softeners that use the process of “reverse flow ion exchange” for softening the water. It is a complete skid mounted unit, having a single multi-port valve operation. It has a softener unit, in which the hard water enters and the calcium, magnesium ions get exchanged with sodium ions, making the water soft.

Having high output, our industrial oil burners are widely used in various boilers. The industrial oil burners have an electric motor, which spins a fan, resulting in the pumping of oil into it. Concurrently, the air from fan is directed towards the blast tube. The oil is sprayed by the nozzle, which is placed at the end of tube. It is sprayed under high pressure, from the pump. This has a typical flow rate, which meets the size of heat output. Hence, it is ensured that the oil is sprayed at unique degree angle, which determines the width of spray. In addition, a letter stamped on nozzle shows whether the formed cone is solid or hollow.
