These electrical hot water generators are offered in the capacities of 3 Kw to 1000 Kw. These electric hot water generators are available in the RHBE series and are known for providing cost-effective hot water supply for industrial and commercial applications. For larger heat transfer area is ensured with low watt density heaters.

We are engaged in offering two pass shell type vertical hot water generators to our clients. These RHB generators have a combustion chamber, which is enclosed by a water jacket, which is further enclosed by an air jacket. At the bottom, air blower is attached and the sir is preheated before its entrance in the combustion chamber. This increases the efficiency of our water generators. These vertical hot water generators are offered in the capacity range of 20,000 Kcals/hr to 1,50,000 Kcals/hr.

Features:

• Standard models are available in light oil firing with the rugged burner
• Gas fired units are also available
• Outlet temperature normally is 95°C
• Due to the shell type design, unit is ideally suited for higher water flow rates

We are engaged in development of 3 pass reverse flue shell type hot water generators. The Astra is of shell type, three pass, and reverse flue design hot water generator. It is generally offered in horizontal design, and can be offered in vertical designs, as per customer’s specifications.

The Astra includes internal water cooled furnace that has lesser rate of heat release. It can be provided with rugged Ross make burner or any imported burner. Every hot water generator undergoes firing test and a thorough analysis of all electrical components. The adjustment of burner is also checked to ensure efficient combustion.
